Ingredients
- 500 g boneless chicken breast
- Meat marinade:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- For breading (1 plate):
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons grated Grana Padano cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 2. Plate with 3–4 eggs beat them well
- 3. Plate with cornflakes ,150 g ground cornflakes

Why this recipe existsThese chicken strips are great when we have guests over.
Cut the chicken into strips and marinate it in the spices, ideally a couple of hours in advance. Or 30 minutes beforehand.
Prepare three plates for breading.
In one, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, and ground paprika.
In another, beat the eggs with a fork.
In the third, place the cornflakes, crushed with a meat mallet.
Coat all the strips and fry them immediately until golden brown. This is easiest in a pan. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 200°C and bake until golden brown.
