- 180 g wheat semolina
- 400 g spinach
- 2 eggs
- 40 g butter
- 500 ml milk
- 1 clove of garlic
- 120 ml sour cream
- Nutmeg to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Add salt to the milk, stir in the butter, and place it on the stove.
When it comes to a boil, stir in the semolina. Whisk until the dough is smooth. Let the dough cool until lukewarm, then gradually stir in the eggs one at a time, along with nutmeg to taste.
In another pan, sauté the spinach in olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Pour in the cream, simmer, and let cool.
Roll out the dough on a cloth, spread the spinach filling over it, roll it up, and steam it in plastic wrap.
Slice the cooked strudel and serve as a side dish with a meat dish.
It pairs well with a fish.
