Why this recipe existsOur grandma used to make this meal for us when we were kids and wanted to eat curd cheese and potatoes.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them in half, and boil them in salted water. Drain the cooked potatoes.
Serve them in their skins. Serve with cottage cheese,which can be enhanced with a dollop of sour cream, fresh herbs, and finely chopped young garlic sautéed in butter.
