Why this recipe existsThese cookies exist because they can also be a healthy snack.
Clean and finely grate the carrots, add margarine and flour with baking powder.
Make the dough and roll it out. Use a ring or sharp glass to make round shapes. Put jam in the middle, fold over and press the edges with a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. While still hot, roll in sugar for sprinkling.
