- 5 eggs
- 200g sugar
- 250g flour
- 1dl oil
- 1dl milk
- 1 small packet baking powder
- 1 small packet vanilla sugar

Why this recipe existsOur grandmother used to make this cake in the summer when we went on trips.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Wash and chop the tarragon. You can also use frozen tarragon.
Beat the egg yolks, add sugar, vanilla, then oil and milk. Sift the baking powder into the flour and slowly stir in the egg yolks, then the beaten egg whites and tarragon.
Pour the batter into a greased mold, preferably a silicone baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
