- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1.5 l water

Cut the meat into pieces (2 x 2 cm), peel and wash the vegetables, and cut them into pieces (2 x 2 cm).
Pour in 1.5 liters of water, add the peppercorns, and slowly bring to a boil.
Chop the onion, fry it in 2 tablespoons of oil until light yellow, sprinkle with a teaspoon of flour, add chopped garlic and fry a little more.
Using a ladle, pour the onion and flour into the pot and pour back into the pot.
Add a pinch of salt and cook until the meat is tender.
