Peel and chop the onion. Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
Wash the zucchini and chop them unpeeled, just like the carrots.
Coarsely chop the kohlrabi.
Sauté the onion in oil, and when it begins to brown, add the vegetables, except for the zucchini, and sauté a little more.
Then pour in water and season with 1-2 teaspoons of salt.
When the carrots are half cooked, add 4 tablespoons of washed buckwheat porridge and zucchini.
Add a pinch of savory. Cook for another 20 minutes.
