- 150g butter
- 80g sugar
- 1 large tablespoon honey
- 1 large tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 large tablespoons water
- 200g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 100g peanuts

Coarsely chop the peanuts or crush them into larger pieces.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and knead in the remaining ingredients to form a medium-firm dough.
Let it rest for at least 30 minutes. (or longer). Then use a teaspoon to place small mounds of dough on a baking sheet and bake until lightly browned (about 15 minutes) at 180°C. They get very hot.
