Ingredients
- 400 g pasta of your choice
- 200 g fresh salmon
- smoked salmon roll (100 g)
- salt
- 3 walnuts butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 dl milk
- heaped teaspoon flour
- 1 dl sweet cream
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Why this recipe existsFamily time.
1. For the pasta, salt 1.5 liters of water with a teaspoon of salt and heat until the water boils.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a liter pot and fry the flour until it turns light yellow. Add milk, salt, grated nutmeg, and cook for at least 5 minutes. Finally, stir in the sweet cream.
3.Cook the pasta in boiling water.
4.Cut the fresh salmon into small slices and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil.
5.When cooked, add the sliced smoked salmon, stir quickly (just enough so that it is no longer pink),
6.Add chopped garlic and stir into the white sauce.
7.Serve with pasta.
