1. Cook the pasta for about 12 minutes. When cooked, drain it.
2. Wash all the vegetables and place them in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
4. When the vegetables are baked, put them in a blender and blend until creamy, adding garlic to taste.
Serve the cooked pasta on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
