- for 4 walnuts of butter
- 6 heaped tablespoons of lentils
- 3 carrots
- 150 g of green turnips
- 1/2 vegetable stock cube
- 1.5 l of water

Instructions
Why this recipe existsif you are a time nomad, you can prepare it the day before.
1. Peel the carrots and grate them as finely as possible.
2. Peel the green onions and chop them into small pieces.
3. Melt the butter in a pan, fry the lentils for 1 minute, add the carrots and green peppers and simmer for a while.
Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Pour in water and cook until the lentils are soft.
(When it boils, simmer for another 15 minutes.)
