- 2 potatoes
- 1.5 l water
- 2 soup cubes

Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
Chop the onion into small pieces and fry until brown.
Add the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant.
Peel the pumpkin, scrape out the seeds, and chop into small pieces.
Add the peeled potatoes and chop them into small pieces.
Fry everything together and simmer.
Season with pepper and add 2 bouillon cubes to taste.
Blend everything together and add the cream.
