- 500g flour
- 100g coconut flour
- 250g butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 150g powdered sugar
- 60g sour cream
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- chocolate for decoration

Why this recipe existsThere are cookies that just melt in your mouth.
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the coconut flour, softened butter, egg, sugar,sour cream, baking powder, and vanilla.
Knead into a smooth dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then form thick rolls, cut them into rounds, and shape them into crescents.
Bake at 200°C (180°C convection) for 10 min.
Once cool, decorate with a thin drizzle of melted chocolate.
