- 3 egg yolks

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 pinches turmeric
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1.5 l water

Why this recipe existsComfy food.
1. Wash the cauliflower, remove the green parts, and break it into smaller florets.
2. Cover with water, add a teaspoon of salt, and bring to a boil.
3. When the cauliflower is tender, add nutmeg and remove from heat.
4. Separately, mix a kilo of cream, turmeric, and 3 egg yolks.
5. Pour into the soup and blend with a hand blender.
