Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 baking powder
- 300g nuts, dried candied fruit, chopped into pieces:
- 1 handful walnuts,
- 1 handful hazelnuts,
- 50g cooking chocolate,
- 1 handful of raisins,
- 1 handful of dried apricots and 1 handful of candied fruit.

Why this recipe existsOur grandmother used this recipe every Christmas.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until fluffy. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix the flour with baking powder and add to the egg yolks. Stir and add chopped fruit and nuts. Mix well.
Gently fold in the egg whites and bake in cake tin. For 30 minutes at 175°C.
