- 4 egg yolks

First, melt some of the butter, but not all of it.
Mix the flour, baking powder, vanilla, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Crumble the butter on top. Add the egg yolks and cream and knead the dough. If it is too soft, add a little flour to make the dough suitable for cookies. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Roll out the dough, cut out the cookies, place them on a lightly greased baking sheet or baking paper, and bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
